The military sought for structures that were strong, secure and can easily be erected and are used for barrack and dormitory. These housing units has to provide shelter to personnel and was expected to be safe, comfortable and constructively resilient.
The military gave the green light to the overall construction of the whole project from the barrack to be completed within a period of 35 days. The dormitories and barracks required to be built with robust nature withstanding personnel & equipment against climatic condition and other hard ships.
A custom solution was designed, and a decision was made to use the prefabricated structures of a wooden and brick, stone, concrete and steel, glass and cement panel construction to achieve strength of the structures and also easy assembling of the structures. In the barracks and the dormitories the thermal insulation was achieved with the PUF Insulated Panels.
This integration with military engineers provided some sort of safeguard in a design that was both militaristic as well as architectonic. As for the substance, steel, PUF panels and cement structures were selected after thorough research. Off-site work was accelerated through pre fabrication and on-site fabrication was commenced in 32 days. The last modifications were insulation and security ones which provided solid barracks for maximum safety.
The targets of constructing the military barracks and rooms were too accomplished before time while providing insulated security and comfort to the military personnel. A major advantage of the built environment was the effectiveness that the prefabricated approach provided in the assembly process while not compromising on quality or adaption to the environment.
Comparing to our expectations, Shilpkar India performed even better than was expected by providing well-built structures in the shortest time possible. The structures are not only long-lasting but also offer the right standards of convenience and safety to our staff. With regard to our use of prefabrication, we were happy and look forward to engaging their services again.
